Anastasia Hayes is nation's leading scorer, named to Naismith list.
"MTSU's Anastasia Hayes is the nation's leading scorer averaging 28.2 points per game. That is a remarkable stat for the Murfreesboro native, who came to MTSU last season after spending her freshman year at Tennessee. MTSU head coach Rick Insell has watched Anastasia play since she was a young child and believes she has a sense for basketball that you can not teach. “It’s in her DNA, she is simply just gifted," said Insell."

"MTSU is ranked #46 nationally by Oracle ITA, which is the tennis ranking website used by the NCAA. For the Raiders, they have the 35th best singles player in the country from Portugal, Francisco Rocha (18-6). The home winning streak is the longest in the program's history.
“I didn't realize it had gotten that high. I don't talk about it, it doesn't even cross my mind. We like to take everything one game at a time.” said head coach Jimmy Borendame."

MTSU tennis looking for back to back C-USA championships
"The defending C-USA champion Blue Raiders will be looking to go back to back this weekend and advance to the NCAA tournament. The last C-USA tournament took place in 2019, because last year's tournament had to be cancelled due to COVID-19. Fortunately for MTSU, they had a very young team at the time and are going at it again with almost the same roster."
